My journey here started a few years ago when I was looking at instagram posts and food blogs and wondering..........
Initially I baked for my family - with some excellent results and some needing a little bit of improvement! The network I supply has gradually increased to friends and then friends of my family. It has now via word of mouth to where I am baking for a diverse range of clients.
My ethos is simple. Everything is baked to order. I keep no stock. I try to source all my ingredients locally and everything is made with passion.
My passion for all sorts foodie things is growing by the day, and I cannot wait to open a business in the near future to showcase my work in the cities and towns of Ireland
